Our Policies

We offer exchange only within 14 days on gift receipts.

We are happy to offer exchange or refund on any items purchased from Little Dolls Boutique either online or in store, within 14 days of receipt. We can only exchange/ refund items with the purchase receipt present (LDB send online receipts or paper receipts- either are acceptable).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn or unused with all labels still attached. With regards to postage returns, the postage must be paid by the customer to return an item if it is unsuitable or no longer what they want.

1. They are outside of the 14 day period
2. They no longer have labels attached, they have been worn, damaged, soiled, or are no longer in their original state in any way.
